To Multi-Task or Not To Multi-Task

Posted in Uncategorized on Sep 23, 2008

I am currently working three jobs, and believe me, only one is a labour of love. That is obviously writing, and for the most part, it’s an unpaid, unrewarded labor. Hopefully that will change soon, and the others will fall by the wayside.

My newest job – well, it’s my first day right now! There’s the joy in that. It’s a customer service job with lots of lull-time and a computer at my fingertips. I finished off my reading, and am currently crafting my third blog draft. After my fourth (unless I come up with anymore ideas for posts) I’ll start researching for an article I am super excited to write. While the pay for this job is typicallylower than what I’m used to, the promise of plenty of time forother endeavors – writing – appealed to me. Sometimes circumstance means more than money.

So, what are your ingenuous ways to multi-task? Or are you a straight shooter who is against doing multiple things at once?
